This latest competency posting is on Court Governance. Court governance is one of three competencies within the National Association for Court Management (NACM) CORE© competencies module described as vision. Within the vision module are: court leadership, strategic planning, and court governance. Court governance provides the framework for court functions. Court leader understanding of governance provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities for court functions, strategy and vision, and the capacity for predictability, stability, and high performance in all operations.
