Court Leadership and Professional Competencies, Issue #6 – Leadership Practices
In this issue, which is #6 in the series, a well known list from a popular book -The Leadership Challenge – is presented. Five leadership practices are noted. According to the authors, leaders – and for our purposes, court leaders – who add these skills to their toolkit will increase their leadership results and turn challenges into success.
