Dear readers, this issue concludes the series on “I’m a Court Administrator – Now What?!” In this issue, the topic of utilizing resources is offered. Ultimately, as noted in this posting, everything that we experience or encounter can be a resource for learning and growth. The series started with the statement that the actions covered could maximize performance in the court leader position, and here’s hoping that some new insights have been gained.
