This issue begins a new series on the topic of court leadership and mindset. Each issue in the series covers mindset KSAs to be a better leader. Among the KSAs – self-awareness, motivation, resilience, growth, emotional intelligence, and executive presence. As will be stated in the upcoming issues, these KSAs equip a leader to respond to the variety of challenges that may be encountered. Six future issues are planned in this series, and within each area, examples and applications will be noted. Watch for Issue #1 to be published on August 24, 2026.
