Court Leadership and Professional Competencies – the NACM CORE(R) Competencies
This series on court leadership and professional competencies begins with the National Association for Court Management (NACM) CORE(R) Competencies which represent a group of proven knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs) that court leaders should know and demonstrate. Many of us are familiar with NACM and the competencies – consider this a review. For those not familiar with the CORE(R) Competences, these truly merit study and utilization. They are the state-of-the-art practices for successful preparation for or demonstration of court leadership.
