Here is our latest issue on proven caseflow practices. This one covers information sharing, which in ideal practice, should be broad and conducted with many participants. Information sharing may include providing details about caseflow expectations and practices, and, it may include providing data and metrics of caseflow outcomes. There is no such thing as too much information when intending to share details about court caseflow management.

This issue only “scratches the surface” on information sharing. Readers are encouraged to consider how best to share information on caseflow practices in their courts and justice system.
