Court Leadership and Caseflow Management – the Practice of Communication, Education, and Training
Welcome to this issue of our profiles. This one shares information about the importance of communicating, educating, and training as it relates to caseflow management. The end goal of these activities is to take the time to share and communicate information, expectations, and practices used for case handling.
As you review this issue, consider where, in your organization, you can “step up” any outreach and communication about caseflow management. This may mean allowing sufficient time to conduct whichever version of sharing that fits in your organization.
