This issue commences a series of postings on high performance. Effective and efficient performance contributes to quality outcomes and results. Postings in this series will consider techniques and practices related to high performance – for: the self or individual, the court leader, the team (in the court environment), the judges, and the justice system. The series will conclude with a prescription for high performance, one which draws from content in each individual posting.
